Midi sequencing skills Inputting midi data dynammics I added the use of dynamics to my snare drum by using a compressor to the snare drum part. i used this to equalise the sound of the snare drum. i did this by adding to a compressor to the mixer tab. Real-time performance I played the piano sequence using live recording. After I worked the notes I live played them into logic with a metronome to keep me in time. I then quantised them to 1/16th notes. I quantized the notes to makes sure that I was in time.
